MAX LOADX PLATFORM RULES

Terms of Use

These terms explain the responsibilities of users who access MAX LoadX to discover, list, negotiate, and manage freight trips.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using MAX LoadX, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of acting for yourself or the business you represent.

2. Platform role

MAX LoadX is a technology platform that helps load owners, truck owners, drivers, fleet operators, and transport companies discover and communicate with one another. Unless expressly stated for a particular service, MAX LoadX is not the carrier, consignor, consignee, employer, insurance provider, payment bank, or owner of a listed load or truck.

Users make their own commercial decisions and remain responsible for transport agreements, permits, insurance, taxes, loading, safety, route suitability, freight payment, and legal compliance.

3. Account and KYC duties

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Use the correct account type and only your own lawful documents.
  • Keep login credentials secure and report unauthorized access.
  • Maintain valid licences, registrations, insurance, permits, and business authority required for each transport activity.
  • Do not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or attempt to bypass verification or subscription limits.

4. Listings, offers, and contact

Listing dates, locations, vehicle details, capacity, load details, and freight information must be accurate. A listing is not a guarantee of availability. Offers and contact requests may be accepted, rejected, closed, expired, or limited under platform rules.

Contact information received through MAX LoadX may be used only for the relevant freight opportunity or trip. Harassment, unsolicited marketing, resale of contact data, or use for unrelated purposes is prohibited.

5. Trips, location, and delivery

  • Fleet owners may add only vehicles they are authorised to operate and drivers whose information they are legally permitted to manage. They are responsible for driver consent, licence validity, fitness, insurance, permits, and lawful employment or engagement.
  • A vehicle or driver marked available must not be assigned elsewhere. Fleet assignments must be updated promptly if operations change.
  • Only the assigned truck party may update trip stages or share live trip location.
  • Location accuracy depends on the user's device, network, permissions, and map services and must be independently verified for safety-critical decisions.
  • The load owner is responsible for confirming delivery completion only after the load has actually been delivered.
  • Users must obey road, vehicle, cargo, labour, tax, and transport laws and must not use a phone unsafely while driving.

6. Freight payments and subscriptions

Freight rates and payment terms are agreed between the participating users. The load owner may record an advance, partial, or final payment made outside MAX LoadX, and the truck owner may confirm or dispute that entry after checking the actual payment. Users must enter accurate amounts, dates, methods, and references and must not falsely confirm a payment.

Payment labels, ledger entries, uploaded receipts, and platform-generated settlement statements are operational records only. They are not bank receipts, GST tax invoices, escrow confirmations, payment collection, credit facilities, or guarantees of settlement. MAX LoadX does not hold or transfer trip freight through this feature. Parties remain responsible for lawful invoicing, tax compliance, and independent payment proof.

Optional paid plans may provide higher usage limits or features. Current prices, validity, and included limits shown before a request form part of that subscription. Any separate refund or cancellation terms displayed during purchase will also apply.

6A. Trip disputes and platform review

An assigned trip party may raise a genuine dispute and must provide accurate, relevant, non-abusive information. The other assigned party may submit a factual response. Users must preserve original invoices, receipts, transport documents, photographs, messages, and other lawful evidence outside the platform where needed.

MAX LoadX may review platform records, request clarification, and record an operational case outcome. This process is not arbitration, a court judgment, insurance assessment, police investigation, debt recovery, or legal advice, and does not prevent either party from using lawful contractual, regulatory, insurance, police, or court remedies.

7. Prohibited use

  • Illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, stolen, or prohibited cargo.
  • False listings, forged documents, fake reviews, or payment fraud.
  • Scraping, automated abuse, malware, security testing without permission, or attempts to access another user's data.
  • Discrimination, threats, harassment, or misuse of personal data.
  • Any activity that may harm users, MAX LoadX, or its providers.

7A. Channel Partners

Channel Partner participation is available only after MAX LoadX approval. Partners may share their assigned referral link or code but must not collect user passwords, OTPs, KYC documents, freight payments, or subscription payments unless MAX LoadX has expressly authorised a specific written process.

Referral attribution, eligibility, commission amount, approval, withholding, tax treatment, and payment remain subject to platform records and applicable partner terms. A pending or review-required ledger entry is not a guaranteed earning. MAX LoadX may reject, suspend, reverse, or investigate referrals involving self-referral, duplicate accounts, fraud, misleading promotion, or policy abuse.

8. Suspension and content control

MAX LoadX may restrict listings, request additional verification, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Users may contact Support if they believe a restriction is an error.

9. Availability and liability

The platform is provided on an available basis. MAX LoadX does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a match, a particular price, user conduct, location accuracy, cargo condition, vehicle condition, payment, or trip outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for verifying counterparties and managing their commercial and transport risks.

10. Privacy, deletion, and changes

Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion can be initiated from the Account Deletion page. These Terms may be updated as the platform or applicable rules change. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.

11. Operator and support

MAX LoadX is operated by Harshal Waghmare in India. Questions, complaints, privacy inquiries, and account issues can be submitted through the MAX LoadX Support page. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
